Can I order now?

The collection is currently a preview. Ordering will open after prices, saleable stock, packaging and delivery are confirmed.

Are you the maker?

QuietCarve selects existing wooden animals from a shop in a woodcarving village in Chiang Mai. We do not carve these pieces ourselves.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Photographs show example pieces. Wood grain, tone and small hand-carved details vary naturally.

Where can I find the size?

Measured dimensions appear on each product page. Dimensions describe one figure unless stated otherwise. Wood species and packed weights are still being confirmed.

Can I choose one or a pair?

Each listing shows its available combinations. A pair contains two figures; check the option label and photograph for what is included.

Do you offer gift messages or wrapping?

Gift-message, card and packaging options will be confirmed before ordering opens.

Where do you ship from?

Dispatch is planned from Chiang Mai, Thailand. US shipping rates and delivery estimates are being confirmed.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Once ordering opens, contact us within 30 days of receipt about damaged, incorrect or materially different items. After verification, choose a refund or free replacement without sending the affected item back. Change-of-mind requests are reviewed individually.
