Shopping with QuietCarve.
QuietCarve is operated by HENGYUAN ASIA PACIFIC LIMITED, Hong Kong. Contact [email protected] with questions. Online ordering is available for supported US destinations. The following terms apply to purchases from QuietCarve.
Our products.
We select wooden decorative animals in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Photographs show example pieces. Wood grain, color and small carved details vary. Measurements are approximate and describe each figure. A single option contains one figure; a pair contains two. These are decorative objects, not toys.
Prices and payment.
Prices are in US dollars. Single figures are $29.90 and pairs are $49.90. Shipping is $4.90 per order to eligible US addresses. Applicable sales tax, if we are required to collect it, will be shown separately before payment. Payment is processed through Stripe. The total shown at checkout is the amount you authorize.
Availability and dispatch.
We source and prepare pieces in Chiang Mai. An order limit is not a statement that each piece is already held in our own warehouse. We hand orders to the carrier within 48 hours after payment. Estimated transit is 7–10 calendar days after dispatch, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery is available to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. If we cannot supply an item or meet the stated dispatch time, we will contact you to agree a revised date or cancel and refund the affected purchase.
Cancellations and problems.
You may cancel before handover to the carrier for a full refund including shipping. For verified damage, incorrect items or materially different items, you may choose a refund or replacement without returning the affected item. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our Shipping & Returns policy explains partial orders, lost parcels, change-of-mind requests and refunds.
Your details and rights.
Please check your shipping address and contact details before paying and contact us promptly if something is incorrect. See our Privacy Notice for information about personal data. These terms do not limit rights under applicable law or your payment provider’s dispute procedures. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
